FARM MANAGEMENT Hillfairs have been farming for 40 years and have seen many changes in the agricultural sector, the most significant being the present farming climate. We farm for eight separate people, from large companies to individual farmers who have turned their attentions to other things, trusting Hillfairs with overall management of their land. Hillfairs are very experienced in farm management with a highly skilled workforce, both in the office, day to day tractor work and professional agronomy advisor. The administration involves all future planning, from cropping to costing to conservation work, also all computer record keeping for accounts – linked to the banks – field application and cultivation records. All legal MAFF and HSE records and surveys, IACS registration forms, tax implications using qualified advisors as well as keeping a watchful eye over the day to day expenditure.  All farmers and investors we farm for at present are kept well informed with financial budgets and actuals as well as complete access to any record they wish to view at anytime.
